- Name, email, and phone number when making a booking or inquiry
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store card numbers)
- RV details if required by a park's guest application
- Messages sent via contact forms or email
- SMS consent and mobile phone number, if you opt in to receive text messages

- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited and session data
- Referring URL
We use Fire Metrics (analytics.firedamm.com) for analytics. Fire Metrics does not sell your data or use Google tracking infrastructure.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm reservations
- To send booking confirmations and check-in reminders
- To send SMS messages you have opted in to receive (booking confirmations, check-in reminders, weather alerts, review requests)
- To notify park owners of new bookings and applications
- To process payments through Stripe
- To respond to inquiries and provide support
- To power AI-driven features such as the AI Park Manager and revenue reporting tools
- To improve our platform
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only as follows:
- RV park operators: Your name, contact, and booking details are shared with the park you booked with.
- Stripe: Payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Resend: Email delivery for confirmations and notifications.
- SMS providers: If you opt in to SMS, your mobile number and message content are shared with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
- Anthropic: Booking and operational data is processed through Anthropic's Claude API to power the AI Park Manager and revenue reporting features. See anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
- Legal compliance: If required by law or court order.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
5. SMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you may receive transactional and operational text messages from Roll In Host, including booking confirmations, check-in and check-out reminders, weather alerts, and review requests. SMS opt-in is voluntary and is not required to make a booking.

6. Data Retention
We retain booking records for a minimum of 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. SMS opt-in records are retained as long as you remain opted in, plus a reasonable period after opt-out for compliance and audit purposes. Request deletion by emailing support@rollinhost.com.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights email support@rollinhost.com.
8. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption, Cloudflare CDN protection, and Firedamm security monitoring. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe and never stored on our servers.
9. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. SMS opt-in requires you to be at least 18 years of age.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
